The privacy policy for the "infoBOS Assistant" sets out the rules for processing information by the "infoBOS Assistant" and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- The Student Service Offices of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan (BOS) do not collect information about users of the "infoBOS Assistant" that could directly identify them.
- BOS does not need to process users' personal data. Please do not include personal data in your conversation with the assistant. The "infoBOS Assistant" does not provide personalised answers concerning an individual case.
- The "infoBOS Assistant" processes only information voluntarily entered by the user in the chat window. To improve the service, questions that the assistant could not answer are saved. Questions answered by the assistant are not recorded in the system.
- Saved unanswered questions are retained only for the period needed to supplement the "infoBOS Assistant" knowledge base, no longer than 90 days from the date they are saved, and are then deleted.
- If a user provides personal data in a conversation with the assistant, it will be analysed only to determine whether it should be directed to a BOS employee. If no such match is made, BOS will not seek to identify the person further.
